7 Places to Grab a Burger in NYC
What better time to highlight my favorite places in New York City to grab a burger than on National Burger Day? When the craving for a burger hits, you need you to know exactly where to satisfy the urge. To my vegetarian and vegan friends, there is something here for you as well. Keep reading :)
5 Napkin Burger
With 4 locations in Manhattan, a burger from 5 Napkin is always within reach with just a short commute to burger bliss town. Known for the burgers that require a couple of napkins to clean up anything that may have missed your mouth they also offer some items that are show stoppers such as their tower of onion rings and larger than life carrot cake. My vegan friends they also have an impossible burger which includes a vegan patty, lettuce tomato, onion, and vegan cheese.
Milk Burger
Next stop we are heading to The Bronx for Milk Burger which is only a 30 minute commute from Midtown Manhattan and worth the travel. If you happen to have a vegetarian in your crew they have options for them as well and don’t forget to try a milkshake while there.
Harlem Shake
I am a resident of Harlem, so it was a no brainer I was going to include Harlem Shake. What more could you want than a place that celebrates the history and culture of African-Americans, monthly burger specials, outdoor seating, and a great happy hour! A large craft beer selection, an abundance of wines, 18 types of burgers, and veggies burgers easily makes this Long Island City restaurant a winner. This a must when in Queens!
