Best Donuts in New York City

Regardless if you spell it doughnut or donut these fried dough concoctions are one of my favorite sweets.  If you are following me on Instagram, then you are no stranger to my obsession with donuts.  Here is a round of up my favorite donuts in New York City and this list is NOT up for debate, but feel free to leave your favorites in the comments. 

Dough

They always say your first is special.  LOL!  Dough was the first donut shop I checked out upon moving to The Big Apple at their Chelsea location where you can sneak a peek into their back room to see the donuts made throughout the day.

What happens when two friends get inspiration from the anniversary episode of the Simpsons and are on the search for the vegan donut options? You get Dun-Well Donuts, and I am thankful for this TV that has provided us with laughs for decades and now the source of inspiration for NYC first all vegan-donut shop.
